Our Story
CoachPlate was born out of a simple observation: fitness coaches were spending more time managing spreadsheets and juggling multiple apps than actually coaching their clients. We knew there had to be a better way.
Founded in 2024, we set out to build a platform that would revolutionize how fitness professionals work with their clients. By combining nutrition planning, workout management, and progress tracking into one seamless experience, we've helped thousands of coaches reclaim their time and scale their businesses.
Today, CoachPlate serves trainers across the globe, from independent coaches to large fitness organizations. Our platform has facilitated millions of meal plans, tracked countless client transformations, and helped build stronger relationships between coaches and their clients.
But we're just getting started. We're constantly innovating and adding new features based on feedback from our community of coaches. Together, we're building the future of fitness coaching.
